have been replaced by others more modern. In the past

On one hand people can do the type of work that they want, because how I say before, dangerous works has been replaced by machines. Moreover, modern public transports are much better, they're safer. If you had travelled twenty years ago to a foreing country by ship it would have taken you one week, whereas If you travel today to Amsterdam it takes you only two hours. Furthermore, the services in carriages has been amended, If you want something to drink, you can buy it in a dispensing machine, which are in the back side of the public transports. In addition to his Humans have more control over nature as technologies develops.
On the other hand jobs have been reduced so there are lots of unemployed people. In Spain there is a a lot of unemployement. The hobbies of the teens are related to new tecnologies, sometimes they can't live without their mobile phones or Ipods. They usually replace their old friends by their laptops, therefore, they're not sociable at all. In the last 10 years, pollution has been increased, besides, we have a big problem with global warming and green house effect.
In conclusion, we must use news technologies but taking care of their consecuences. One person can't reduced the pollution of the world, altought together we can!
